We understand that situations may arise where you consider requesting a refund. As a small business, we strive to process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Due to the associated operational costs, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been placed.
Dissatisfaction with Product
Our Product Research Team dedicates significant effort to select items that we believe our customers will appreciate. We encourage you to thoroughly research the product before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs. All sales are considered final, and refunds cannot be granted based on dissatisfaction.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received an item that is entirely different from what was ordered (e.g., ordering a dress but receiving a pair of shoes), please provide three photos of the received item from different angles. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement with the same shipping speed as your original order. There is no need to return the incorrect item.
Order Not Received After 30 Days
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered by the carrier), you are eligible for a free replacement. We will process a replacement order with the same shipping speed as the original. If the tracking information indicates "delivered," please contact your local post office for assistance
