If You Have Received a Tracking Number:

Status: "Label Created" or "Shipment Notification Sent": Contact us immediately via our Contact Form. We will check with our Fulfillment Center to see if changes can still be made. We will inform you of the outcome within 24 to 48 business hours.

Status: Beyond "Label Created" or "Shipment Notification Sent": Once the shipment status progresses beyond these stages, it indicates that the package has left our Fulfillment Center and is in transit. At this point, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or retract the parcel. However, we will make every effort to assist you.
